This was the 4th or 5th pair of boots I have ordered for my daughter this year. None of the others passed the first leg fit. how the shoe feels and can not wear. Therefore, most boots have seams or textures that bothered them. They are smooth on the inside due to the removable lining sewn backwards. I am very happy that the boots drama will end before next year. They feel as warm as any other cheap kid's boot (okay for an hour in the snow, but probably no more). They're heavy and only moderately waterproof, but they do the job and feel comparable to anything else we've in the have seen the $20 model.
