This item arrived as expected but was immediately found to be of poor quality and not very durable! Unfortunately, my husband felt it might work and tried to install it, thinking it would hold. The plastic areas of the tip where you insert the screws to install it ripped before it was securely fastened. This is a low quality product and I think you'd better have a look locally to see if you want to buy it. (It didn't look like it online.) Unfortunately, we ended up just throwing it away rather than trying to get it back as it just wouldn't work as a handle. Latte on a screen door, especially after being burgled during installation. (It was harder to get it back.) Its construction isn't strong enough, and the areas where you need to put screws to attach it to the door are on the outside edges and are made of very flimsy, thin plastic. no metal which makes the whole product seem cheap and fragile!
