- Made in China - Empty, very light Although there were no seals the lid closes well and I have not seen them leaking. I had one of the bottles half full and rotated at a 45 degree angle, sat on a towel for 2 days and didn't lick (vodka in it). It fits me. They are completely matte and I like that very much. I think the leather ones are cute, but we're too gross to care for them, so I'm happier with the steel. It's fairly thin steel, but very strong. I have this impression because 1. they are incredibly light and 2. the first use was to add frozen vodka and it got too cold outside to hold. Of the 12, 1 had 2 dents, near the top of the lid. The box is undamaged and I don't understand how that could have happened on the spot so I'm guessing it's quality control. I took a picture, it's not bad and it's almost invisible. I have used it so far. I gave them to our warehouse workers. They're almost all family, so it's a bit more informal. Everyone got a kick from them. I kept two for me and my husband, one sits here and continues the leak test, the other gathers our prep gear. You never know. If I had to worry, it would be funnels. I might wish they were inline or attachable somehow. They will most likely disappear after the initial filling. I haven't used it for vodka, though, so that doesn't mean they're necessary. They're fun, they look respectable and I'm very happy with the matte finish and lid.
