I bought these shoes hoping to save money. I never expected these regular blades to compare to Gillette blades but was surprised at how bad they really are. Without exaggeration; I would save money by only buying Gillette blades. These Taconic blades are dull and regularly come off the handle, which frankly poses a bit of a safety hazard. After weeks of use and trying out a few blades to make sure no issues were isolated, I finally gave up and threw them all away. Don't waste money and save face.
