I love that my team can use this tool for creating quotes from our sales pipeline in minutes instead of hours or days! It's also great because it has some really useful integrations with other tools we are using such as Salesforce. We're working through all the kinks but so far have been very pleased. There isn't much at this point since its just getting started. If you've ever done any work with AI/ML then you know how hard they are to get right. You need tons of training examples. This product doesn't help us solve problems until after several months of heavy usage. The time savings alone makes up for this though. I like the way it can be integrated with other applications. I use it for invoicing and it is very easy to use. I dislike the fact that the user interface is not very intuitive. I would like to see more training options and a more user friendly interface. I use it to automate invoicing. It is very easy to use and it has saved me a lot of time.
