I ran this cable from the back of the TV and through several bathroom cabinets to the Bose AUX speaker in the bathroom and it had the perfect soft braided curve and tight ends so I could fit through the holes. I tested the cable to compare differences in total harmonic distortion (THD) (the noise you hear when the volume is turned up and no sound is played) due to electromagnetic shielding, long lines, or poor connections. I had a quality cable for comparison. While the 3.5mm analog jack introduces quite a bit of distortion on its own, I found that the new cable made no noticeable difference. For the price I'm definitely satisfied.
