Stays comfortable all night for one who tosses and turns
Does have a tendency to go flat if you sleep in one position all night, but I toss and turn a lot so it's not a problem for me. For someone with broader shoulders it probably wouldn't provide as much support as our does for me as a side sleeper. It has helped my neck problems a lot even though I haven't had it long. I used to have 2-3 pillows that I'd have to rearrange throughout the night depending on how I was laying, now I only need the one and it's always comfortable. Very worth it.
