So after some research I decided to buy these as I was able to get back to the gym with all this Covid-19 and I wanted something - something satisfying that would help me build muscle and shrink those damn love arms (problem area) and could keep me going throughout the day without having to get an energy drink, I found that. Sure, it doesn't taste like one sweet candy bar but for a protein drink it works. I eat a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, a shake on my 3 hour break from work and another for lunch, I hardly had to eat at work it helped balance my body and I'm 1, 70m and 11,346lbs not the smallest guy but hey they fill me up just before dinner. It's a good investment for your money and I'm a curmudgeon who HATES spending money on shit so I was hooked when I actually liked the flavor (the backend flavor is a protein flavor FYI) if you get it right start here, I'm here, and so far so good, except the gyms are closing again.
