I've been using Primal Pit Paste for years but suddenly I couldn't find it anymore because it turns out they've renamed it Pretty Frank. So as soon as I located it I bought Pretty Frank even though the price had gone up thinking it was my regular deodorant and I needed it fast. It doesn't fit anymore. Not sure how much the issue is with the new tube shape and how much is with the formula change (maybe more wax?). But it used to be a five star product that I relied on and now... it spreads badly and comes off the stick in small, chunky chunks. You have to rub them by hand, but unevenly. As a result, an uneven, sticky mess formed under my armpits and melted butter soaked my clothes. After several uses, the stick in the tube broke off, spreading the mess all over the body, and hair and villi got into the part that came loose. broke off and fell to the ground. The old Pit Paste never made it - I still have a tube next to Pretty Frank and it still works great. so it's not just cold or anything. Anyway, I managed to stuff the broken PF back into the pipe and glue it together, but now it just crumbles like it's been ripped to pieces, turning into a shaggy, annoying mess fit for the bin only . I'm tired of ripping it off my clothes and carpet, and there are always traces of wet, melted butter under my arms. It takes *two* washes to remove from some items. this product does not replace. thirteen dollars. I paid thirteen damn dollars and bought a second tube before I knew the stuff was changed. I already have all the (very inexpensive) ingredients on hand to mix deodorant with baking soda, but bought it from this company because their product came in a convenient applicator tube. But . The applicator still doesn't work. Thirteen dollars for a tube of deodorant is crazy, even if they haven't changed the product: This product isn't made of gold dust and crushed diamonds. Try something different.
