Media could not be loaded. I got them because I needed large bowls for ramen and other stir fried noodle dishes I make all the time. Their size is perfect, they are big ramen bowls. They are bigger at the top than at the bottom, so they have a nice shape. You can fill them with pasta, vegetables. Meat and lots of thin soup/broth at the same time and it will all go well together. The chopsticks are of good quality and the spoon is a good size for sipping. strong material and durable. It's also very easy to clean. However, you cannot use them in the microwave, so keep that in mind. Notches in the bowl hold the spoon and chopsticks in place as you insert them so they don't slip into the bowl. All in all, this is the perfect set. for 2 people and I recommend them.
