My son has been using an old Dell monitor for years but had a few dead pixels and wanted a new monitor so he could have two - one to leave at home and one to take to gaming events with friends. . I first bought him another monitor that had issues with ghosting (or something) so I sent it back, did a little more research and got this one. He was delighted with the performance. His only complaint is that it doesn't break or get stowed away as easily as his other monitor, but since he has another spare monitor for the purpose, that's not an issue for him.
