I had trouble with 1 to 5 stars so I chose 3 for 3 reasons. The connection to the computer is loose and falls off easily, when I say easily I mean when I breathe on it it falls out. I resorted to charging overnight or plugging the cable into the computer during the day as normal typing causes the cable to disconnect from the computer. But it pays off when you can keep in touch.
