I love it! I live in a very small space, before that I had a tray under the table in the living room. This is a great option that combines the best of both worlds and looks great! My cats find it comfortable to use and it doesn't irritate their eyes. However, I have a few complaints. It was a bit difficult to find a bin that fits in the table. I found one online after spending a few hours looking for the right sizes. It's also not easy to clean the litter from the inside as my cats throw the litter over the edge of the tray and it lands on the cupboard floor. I use my handheld vacuum to clean it but if I didn't have one it would be a real pain. Losing a star for that. I think it's very smart and it works for my family. All in all a nice product that does what it is supposed to.
