Pretty, but too big up top
This dress is pretty and has a cute design. But it is too big up top, so unless you're particularly large it's going to lay strangely.The material is a light to medium weight. It has a little bit of stretch.Aside from the top being too large it fits as expected. The waist, hips, and length are true to size.The blue color I got is darker in person than in the pictures.
