Worst Purchase Ever

The photos show VERY poorly what the collar actually looks like. It looks cheap and only has 2 rivets. It is not intended for a small dog, although it is very small. It would be much better for a medium sized dog but even then I wouldn't want it because it looks so cheap. I am very very disappointed in the collar. I totally regret my purchase. I have no doubt that the collar will last a long time as it is made out of cheap plastic and thick foam. Does not look graceful as shown in the photos of the dogs shown. It's tasteless and cheap. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY! One of my most pathetic purchases ever! I am so overwhelmed at how bad words escape me.
