No noise cancellation. Not loud enough to hear.

These headphones are comfortable but definitely not noise canceling. They don't get loud enough to really use them when there's any outside noise. I couldn't use them to make calls at all as I couldn't hear the other person. I also couldn't use them to listen to audiobooks when other noises were nearby. However, my son uses them when he is playing.
