A very effective product for attaching VESA to an unsupported monitor.

I have several HP monitors and unfortunately none of them have a VESA mount. Luckily, the company has released adapters that allow these monitors to be mounted on a monitor arm. Of all the options available, HumanCentric seemed the most legitimate. The hardware kit itself is well made, with the main component being solid metal. The instructions are relatively clear but lack detail as it is just a series of diagrams. In addition, you should specify that the stabilizer must be installed before the main bracket is attached to the monitor. The rest of the installation was easy and took no more than 10 minutes. I mounted the monitor to the monitor arm with no problem and it looks more or less stable. I would still be careful not to use too much force though as again this is just an adapter that only attaches to the monitor with two tiny screws. A true VESA mount attaches directly to the back of the monitor and provides much more structural support. For example, I would only adjust the tilt by holding onto the monitor arm itself, otherwise there is a risk of the bracket breaking. However, I would still be wary of using too much force because again, this is just an adapter that only attaches to the monitor with two tiny screws.
