The ease of use! It's so simple to learn, and it's so easy to use. I've been able to automate backups for my users, and I've been able to setup cloud backups for my users. It is so easy for my users to use. I'm able to see what files my users are backing up, and I'm able to determine if they have backups. The only downside I can see is that it can slow down some computers. It's not very noticeable on a fast computer. I use this program to backup our computers, which is crucial for our IT department.
