My daughter had terrible eczema on her hands and wrists. I got this because I wanted something that would be gentle on her delicate skin. After a few months of using this lotion and the Aveeno Baby Eczema Lotion, everything is clear for her. My only complaint is that the pump is very difficult for them to use as it is very difficult to squeeze. We're on our second bottle, so I know it wasn't just the first bottle that was the problem. I would also like to point out that the company has excellent customer service. When she started having problems with eczema, I looked for natural, kid-friendly solutions. I contacted them and they sent me some samples. We are now using some of their products and are very happy with them.
