Clearly previously returned as a strap, not folded or tied, lying on the bottom of the bag with 2 tags loose, even the plastic ties used to connect the tags together, new wallets are missing, the teeth of the outer large front pockets are folded back, so open the zippers after the zipper has been closed. Should not have been sold as new and shipped as is. upset
