I like how easy it was to use, it allowed me to easily create my own website for my business that's mobile friendly. The customer service wasn't great as well. They are slow at responding and not very helpful when they do respond. It would be nice if there were more options in terms of themes or templates you could choose from. You can make your site look however you want without having to pay high amounts of money to hire someone else. This helped us save time and money since we didn't have to spend hours designing our websites.
