This sign is really strong. It's thicker than the signs I bought at the store. Which are very faded. This shield is probably 1/16 inch thick, I didn't measure to be exact. While the other marks I received are probably only 1/64 inch, the wind blew enough to cause the wire to snap the metal. It won't happen with this one, I highly recommend this shield. I'm considering getting another one for the other side of the yard. I also like the fact that it's finished with a clear coat to prevent fading. I may need to come back here in 6-12 months and update my review. It hangs in the sun for at least five hours a day.
