I bought it for my Acer Icon Tab A500. I should have read all the negative reviews as many of them mention they didn't work with the A500. Obviously they should work with some A500s and not with others. I can tell you why it didn't work for me. Mine needs a plug with a rounded end. I would like to point this out to the seller. I ended up returning this one and bought another from Acer that said it had a rounded tip. Yes, it costs three times as much, but it works. By the way, the one I sent back charged my tablet well, but that's why the screen didn't respond to touches when it was connected. I suspect the rounded tip has something to do with it.
