I'm so glad I bought this. Finally I have extra space on my phone to store photos and videos. After installing it on my phone, I had to go to settings to format it so my phone could use it. It was an easy process. It attaches to the correct slot on my Android Galaxy phone's SIM card. The only problem I had was removing the cartridge, which requires an SD card and SIM card, from my phone. I needed a special tool that came with my phone. Glad I kept everything because that's the only thing I need to get the cassette that contains my SIM card and SD card, a simple PIN doesn't work for that anymore on new phones. I love how versatile this SD card is. I can take it out of my phone and download it straight to my computer as it comes with an SD adapter which is very convenient. I can create my own files and better organize my photos on this micro SD card and I feel secure in the knowledge that my information is stored on a portable device if my device ever breaks. I saved my photos, documents and videos.
