Review on Logitech G432 Wired Gaming Headset with 7.1 Surround Sound, DTS Headphone:X 2.0, Flip-to-Mute Mic for PC in Black/Blue Leatherette by Arun Kumar ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

An ideal product for any type of consumer.

Great headset for gaming, movies and not too demanding music listening. Headphones, although they do not compete with expensive audiophile equipment (it's stupid to expect this from a gaming headset), but they clearly win back their money. Much better than any noname, which is in bulk in our retail. The frequency response is flat, but after Philips Fidelio X2 to your taste slightly increased the low frequencies. The microphone is also top notch. I think that Logitech has created a great product with no obvious weaknesses.

Pros
  • I liked how the headset sits on the head, very comfortable. The volume knob is now on the cup and you do not need to catch it on the cable. The microphone boom, when raised, mechanically turns off the microphone - a wonderful and intuitive solution. Beautiful, pleasant leather-like ear cushions. Surprised that the ears do not sweat even with prolonged use. Good soundproofing. The sound quality is very decent for its price. The microphone pleased. More than enough for communication. The included sound card is a wonderful all-in-one solution. The headphones out of the box provide decent volume and microphone sound quality. This is a solution to the problem for those who do not have a good external sound card. (on some realtechs built into the motherboard, the microphones sound terribly quiet).
Cons
  • The surround sound mode did not live up to expectations, or maybe it's just personal preference. I liked the natural stereo sound better.
