I've only had this pillow for a few days, but I'm very happy with it so far. I had tried several different pillows before but always woke up at night with a sore neck. Then I suffer from headaches with neck pain - almost every day. My neck doesn't bother me at all since I've been sleeping on this pillow. That's the right height and when I sleep on my back it prevents me from turning my head to one side or the other. I have found in the past that turning my head to the left while sleeping on my back led to neck pain. Sleeping on this pillow is also comfortable. I haven't tried sleeping on my stomach yet.
