Measuring approximately 6 ½ feet in length, this scarf can be worn in many ways. My wife found it soft and comfortable when wrapped around her neck and not itchy like some of her other scarves. .This scarf is an accessory, it spices up any outfit, but also long and warm enough to keep you warm on cold days. When I first saw it I thought it looked a bit like bleached burlap. without being rude. The colour, which may appear solid from a distance, has very pleasant nuances on closer inspection. The scarf looks beautifully tailored and the viscose (artificial silk) is very soft. The instructions on the sales page recommend hand washing, but rayon is better suited to dry cleaning. If you hand wash it I suggest you do it on a sunny day when you can hang it outside to dry.
