This is awesome! I bought these about two months ago to get my son used to metal utensils and now he's almost a pro at using them! The shorter, thicker handles on them make them easier to grip and maneuver, and we like having a barrier to prevent vomiting. Plus, the fork really sticks through the food! But it's not too sharp and I'd be afraid he might stick it in his mouth. One of the handles is stained with spaghetti sauce, but I'm much more concerned about its functionality than its looks, so it doesn't bother me. After a long discussion on which baby essentials to buy among all the different types, I'm glad I chose this one!
