I like that it's very easy to use, as well you can customize any of your fields in many ways! You don't have all those extra options or features if using other software companies' products (like Quickbooks).

We are able save customizations after adding new items/customers etc., which makes our process much more efficient than others out there who do not allow this feature at least with their free version(s) - we still pay $99 per year though so no big deal!). That said when logging into QB they ask me about my password every time even thought i've logged off & closed down before going back again- really annoying!! Also sometimes things get stuck behind eachother causing some confusion but overall great product otherwise. Nothing specifically dislike right now since everything has been working smoothly thus far :) Great tool especially considering its FREE option too :D The only downside would.
