Review on WISEUP by Derek Pape

I'm sorry to report that my experience with WISEUP's online shop was less than stellar. Their power tools are top-notch, but they don't have nearly as many options when it comes to manual tools. It's like they constructed a toolkit but forgot to include the wrench. I was dismayed to see that they did not stock some of the fundamental hand instruments I required for my work. Their customer service was good, but it wasn't enough to make up for the things they were lacking. WISEUP's web shop may be ideal if power tools are all you need to buy. If you need a wide variety of power and hand tools, however, you might want to seek elsewhere.
