EDIT: I was so incredibly sorry for this case to slip out of my hands that I finally took action . First I tried sanding down the sides with sandpaper. It helped a little, but not enough. Then I tried using the edge of the file to make cuts on the sides of the case - it didn't work. Finally. used a blowtorch to heat the edge of the file and then pushed the hot file into the sleeve to make burrs on both sides. It worked like magic - no more slipping I bought this case based on the good reviews. Too bad I didn't read them more closely because overall I'm disappointed with this case and will probably replace it with something else. The case is solid enough and fits well, but it has a couple of fatal flaws: (1) Take your current case and dip it in cooking oilβthat's how slick this case is. If you are looking for a case that will also provide you with a training load, this case is for you as you have to grip it to keep it from slipping out of your fingers. Why the manufacturer couldn't sculpt it with just a hint of texture I don't understand (2) flat lay tilt - there's a small protrusion around the camera aperture that's about 1mm higher than the rest of the body. So if you put your phone on a table, counter, etc. and then touch or swipe the screen, the phone will wobble back and forth like one of those pesky restaurant tables. I know it's bullshit, but it's going to drive me nuts in the end, and there's no reason that bump around the camera had to be like this to wonder what the creators were thinking. Didn't they test the phone cases before making a million more cases?
