I didn't notice much of a difference

I have a reconstruction after a mastectomy. My chest is oblong, not round, so the top of the chest isn't round enough. I have to wear a special dress for the event. I usually use a knotted scarf to lift my chest and wear a padded bra. I needed a different bra for my dress and was hoping the push up panels would help. I ended up having to stuff my bra with a scarf again.
