I bought this set of switch lights for a new 75 inch TV. The product description (photo #1) lists connection points every 5 cm or 2 inches. connected at these points (photo #2). After I started cutting my sections, I found that the splice points in the resulting set actually alternated between 7.75" and 11.5". I bought 90* corner connectors (photo #3). ) for nice, crisp corners, and they worked pretty well. Note: If you use these connectors, you must observe the polarity when connecting. The polarity is marked on the lightbar. However, if you're trying to accommodate runs around the perimeter of the TV, it's quite difficult to work from 8 to 12 inches to get a clean work with maximum light. During a test run with painter's tape, I found that the light strips have to be attached quite close to the edge. TV. So the result of the light set I received does not match the product description. In addition, a replacement set was made in the same wide interval. I am returning the 2nd set. I contacted Revain: a customer service representative offering to buy from another seller. They are sold by Olafus and shipped via Revain. And the Olafus set is the only brand I could find with a black background stripe. So I'm downgrading this purchase to 2 stars because I didn't receive the product I ordered once, but twice. The lights are of good brightness and if you don't plan on making connections then that might be fine. But they don't work for my application.
