Bought a running tie set as I was looking for a way to keep my phone on my arm while running and still have easy access to my phone. for outdoor photography. It ticks all of those boxes, but oh my, it bounces a lot. I have a galaxy s9+ and a fairly small (10.5 inch biceps). If I tighten the strap so tight that the phone barely bounces, it's like a tourniquet on my arm and my biceps start to cramp. Tried this morning with phone upright, tomorrow I'll try with phone horizontal. Other than that, it didn't slide much and was easy to use, but having to tie it tight enough not to bounce is a deal breaker.
