Bought for the gym, and bought the large women's version for my wife. She didn't really think it was necessary and at first said it was a waste of time because she wouldn't use it. Screw it for the men's team! She used it at the gym and fell in love with it. My personal experience, I love this thing. It is very comfortable and I sometimes use it for lounging around the house - kilts. I receive them now. This is a medium weight terry fabric. As others have said the clasps work great, the elastic is stretched enough to keep it comfortable. I'm 210 5ft 10in and use the second buckle. Thanks to the way it was designed I still have about 4 more locking positions and when I need them I have zero fat and look like half a Q tip when wearing this. Great purchase. Very happy with the Purchase and even happier that my wife agreed with me! :-)
