Three stars for the overall comfort and good looks of the end product for the price. However, there were several problems. We ordered four stools, which were shipped in two boxes of two stools each. Each box contained a stool with the dates 2016 and 2017, and there were notable differences between the two. The older models have a flatter cushion, while the newer ones are plumper due to issues with overspray on fabrics. We didn't think it made sense to return the product for them as we figured we would likely end up receiving more mismatched or overly colored pillows. When assembling the older model, the first screw inserted in the leg broke. When I tried to take it off it broke again. The newer models didn't have this problem. Not wanting to risk breaking more screws, we found some stronger screws to put the two older models together. Again, the finished product looks and feels good, but there have been some disappointments. However, I don't know if we will find a better product for the price.
