Review on Google Pixel Smartphone 6a 6/128 GB JP, grey-green by Quang Qu ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I like everything, the price and the quality are both ok.

There are a few "buts" to consider regarding the phone, despite the fact that it offers great value for its price. Because I am, let's say, a pretty skilled photography hobbyist with eight years of expertise, I am aware of what I am speaking about in the following paragraphs. Minuses: - It has a dreadful screen that shimmers with all the hues of the rainbow if there is even the slightest change in viewing angle. Calibrated from the factory is very poor, and the color gamut is filled with green. This can be partially treated by calibration applications, but the end result will still be determined "by eye." For people who require a display that has a color display that is more or less accurate, I do not recommend purchasing it at all. - You are unable to manually activate or deactivate HDR in the default camera program; instead, the setting is applied automatically and fairly arbitrarily. It would appear that third-party video shooting software such as FilmicPro, ProShot, and OpenCamera are unable to use optical pixel stabilization. As a result, the videos produced by these programs are shaky, and the functionality of the native Google camera is extremely disappointing. - Extremely sluggish charging when using the cable, and the second one is not here:) Now we get to the juicy part: - Very quick memory on the device itself, as well as an intuitive user interface (do not believe the reviews that something is not going smoothly here) - The stabilization in the Google camera works amazingly well, and the videos are of very decent quality. - The phone does not heat up during normal use. - The battery life is sufficient for a day with a margin of 20% even when using navigation and shooting video.

Pros
  • System performance, interface fluidity, video recording, battery life, and cost are all important considerations.
Cons
  • Screen
