They were on the bigger side of things. I used the sizing chart to order these for my 9 year old and unfortunately I was pretty far off. They are too big for her but I went for them so it worked! They are very soft and slip easily. Very warm inside, no socks needed. The only thing that didn't particularly interest me was the floor. They are made of fabric and therefore absolutely cannot get wet, otherwise they will certainly deteriorate even with washing. What you can do, but the fur will not be so soft. However, I recommend it for a simple gift!
