Toxic and smelly: my feedback
I don't know what product they used to make this with but it had a very strong chemical smell to it not normal! When you open the package it smelled a lot like paint and asphalt it was a toxic smell. I said it on the porch to air out for 7 days but the smell never went away. I didn't want to use it because my toddler would be touching the balloons so we ended up going to party City and buying Halloween balloons.
