This is my first experiences with wireless earbud. All previous earbuds were connected by wires. The sound is good both for listening to audio books and talking on cell phone (clear for me and caller). I don't listen to music much so I can't make a fair comparison on that. The reason I can only give 3 stars is:-There is no OFF switch, so if I need to stop my book and remove the earbud they do not go off but continue to use up the charge. If I'm not where I can replace them in the little charging case they may be totally discharged when I need them again.-They hurt my ears and don't stay in. I am a 5'2" tall woman and must have small ears because in order to these earbud to fit and stay in at all I must push them in a bit and then have to push them in again every 10 minutes or so. I have tried many different ways for placing them in my ears. Also, if I lean my head to one side then one FALLS OUT. If they haven't fallen out, in less than an hour they hurt my ears and I need to take them out.-The volume can not be adjusted on the earbuds. This is a deal breaker for me because I like to use earbuds so I can walk around my home doing various things without having to have my cell phone with me all the time. These earbuds have good range and I leave my phone in a central location and go almost anywhere in my 2800 ft home and still be connected. If I need to change the volume I have to run back to my phone to do it.I have no complaints about the charging case. It is a metal clamshell that seems well made. It's compact and has easy to understand indicator lights. The power cord has a USB-C connector, and plugs in at the back. After charging the earbuds I open the case and they pair in seconds and are easy to pair with my Galaxy cell phone. One earbud is designated for the right ear and the other for the left, but it is difficult to distinguish one from the other once they are out of the charging case. There is a tiny R or L on the earbud in light silver on a pearly white background making them difficult to read. The tapping feature on the earbuds seems to work well if I can remember how many taps on which ear will do what. They came in a nice package. Other reviewers have already posted pictures so I won't duplicate that.I received my NexiGo Air T2 Ultra-Thin Wireless Earbuds in exchange for a fair honest review.
