I love how easy it was to set up, customize our own schedule templates for each job type we have in use at my organization (3).
It integrates with Excel so that allows us flexibility when creating schedules by using formulas rather than needing VBA coding skills or learning new tools like PowerBI/Tableau etc.. The customer support team has been very responsive as well! We are still working out some kinks but they continue being helpful all along which makes me feel more confident about this product moving forward versus other competitors who lack experience within HR systems such as ours. Creating custom workflows between users of different types including project management staff vs schedulers would be nice once those features come online though not sure what date range these will roll into their roadmap yet unfortunately - no ETA from them just "coming soon" haha? Scheduling needs across.
