Works perfectly! for the eyes
I used this to blend in with my foundation when I was in Jamaica for a vow renewal ceremony. I didn't want my makeup washed off and spilled all over the place. I covered everything with setting spray but my makeup was NOT moving, I was really struggling to get it off after the ceremony! If you need waterproofing, this is a very economical way to get it!
