The implementation process was seamless! All of the questions were easy to understand, which is essential when one is new to using technology in this manner. After initial setup it took a couple sessions from a tech person who helped walk me through each step along the way. This allowed some time between myself and technical help as I'm not really technologically inclined at all, but had someone else there that could easily figure out any issues. Overall I like how interactive the program can get - the ability to see my upcoming dates and events right in the app is great so I don't have to keep looking online or checking email calendars to find them. It's very helpful being connected directly to an HR Rep that knows you by first name, so they are always available if needed. They also did follow up calls throughout the whole process to ensure everything went smoothly (even though we signed paper paperwork before hand!) It is easy enough that even non technical users can navigate it well without needing any training or help from IT staff members so I like this one lot! The UI could have been better but overall its good as far i know no major issues at all till now since we are using only 1 year trial version of premier UX benefits enrollments software which has not yet expired by then (it expires after 12 months).
