Honestly this is a great product it has amazing quality and great battery life but my niche problem is why I didn't get 5 stars and that is when it gets attached to my computer sometimes plugged in to charge it i guess it will try to turn on my computer instead of charging it for some reason cuz i'll come back and it will be at 70 or 30% but just make sure that when it's plugged in, the screen shows "in" meaning it's charging, not "out" meaning something is charging. When I use it during the day, the battery never falls below the level when I drained it (I use it about 2-3 hours every day).
