What nonsense! I bought a very similar product from Sauder which took 3 hits and is still as strong as ever. To be honest if my husband hadn't worked so hard to collect (and save) this item I would have sent it back. This thing doesn't take a single hit, the fiberboard kept crumbling when my husband tried to screw the boxes. It really is a piece of junk. Revain has a similar cabinet that looks exactly like the one I already had (although it doesn't have Sauder's name on it). It's cheaper than this one, and while I don't have personal experience with that other cabinet, I wish I'd bought it instead. It certainly couldn't be made worse or cheaper, and the price was better. Seriously, this filing cabinet is a piece of crap. Beware of positive reviews, they may have been paid for. it or people with extremely low expectations.
