The boots look nice, but they were really uncomfortable

I ordered size 4 for my 9 year old and they were even too big for me (women's size 7). The boots look nice, but they were really uncomfortable. I wear Justins and they just didn't compare when I wore them. The "feeling" of them is just wrong. I have returned the item.
