I have ordered two of these for my 12 and 13 year old boys. The picture doesn't do them justice! Super chic look. There were no issues with the rack locking into the base. However, I had a problem with two batteries. One set had curved pins and the other set had straight pins. I couldn't snap the curved ones into place. Contacted their customer service and they told me they would send a new set and not worry about sending the others back. After 3 days they not only sent me a new set of batteries, but also another charging station. I will buy more of their products! Not only because they do a great job, but also because of their A++ customer service.
