It's really terrible.
Not only does it only "hold" 150 pounds (which obviously means most adults shouldn't be using it), the floor arrived warped and there are VERY weak pressure clamps holding the steps in place and hold position. TERRIBLE design. You'll probably have to drill holes and add nuts and bolts like a REAL LADDER! I bought it because the heavier ladder had thinner metal rods and I wanted it to be easier on my kids' feet.
