Broke before we used

One of them broke before we even used it. Literally was putting stuff in and went to zip and it broken. They are made of a very thin material so the stitching just ripped throught the fabric. The second on made it to vacation but didn't make it home. My guess is it need to be no more than half full to make these a realistic option.
