People complain about 95MB/s R and 80MB/s W, which is the actual speed for UHS-I SDR104 mode. Use a UHS-II microSD card reader. Even many of the readers who state that UHS-II is only an interface for the SD slot and not for the microSD slot. If you use a microSD-SD adapter, it must also be UHS-II. UHS-II is noticeably different in the second row of contacts. I used the SmartQ C363 Reader and got the advertised read and write speeds using Crystal DiskMark.
